This is one in a series of films made for The Science Museum touching on different aspects of organ donation.
We visited a range of hospitals and spoke to a variety of people to hear more about the part they have to play in the process. The series includes the recipient of a heart transplant, a doctor who specialises in organ and tissue donation, the coordinator of the transplant process, and the donor.
Harry was born into a pre-NHS world and unfortunately, saw first-hand the difficulties families faced without access to free healthcare. His passion for the NHS shines through in this emotional film made in conjunction with the Labour party.

Bayelsa accounts for 40% of Nigeria’s oil wealth and hosts the operations of the large multinational oil companies. Bayelsa is also the victim of oil spills every year and as a result, is suffering from the continued effects of oil on land and in water, but no one is talking about it. We went to Bayelsa to meet the people and see for ourselves exactly what was going on.
