Our Values

As a company we aim to add social as well as creative and economic value.
We are currently part of a mentoring scheme in Hackney, helping young people get into the film industry, we have done training programmes in Africa to develop skills for local people. We are members of the industry environmental organisation the Albert Trust and have been awarded local authority Green Small Business of the Year. We funded the creation of an all-ages women’s football team ‘AFC Leyton’.
Our Journey
We are independent minded and focused on constantly improving our work more than on growing.

Our approach is personal and engaged and the name Silverfish was inspired by Godfather director Francis Ford Coppola, who created a mobile production van called 'Silverfish' that could handle every aspect of filmmaking (preproduction, production, and postproduction) all in house.
